Week and a Half.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you know I will probaly be writing twice a week now due to the fact I have started school. The next few chapters have alot of twists and drama so I hope you enjoy :)

It had been a week and a half since Nicki caught Drake with his ex Shana. Nicki was incredibly hurt, this situation reminded herself why she doesn't fall in love..because she always ends up being hurt. Drake had been calling, texting, and e-mailing Nicki constantly. He needed to explain hiself to her, but she wasn't ready to let him back in her life. She was broken, she couldn't go a whole day without crying, not only did it hurt her, it hurt SB. Safaree could NOT stand seeing Nicki the way she was. She looked fine in public and infront of her barbz, but as soon as she was alone, she was an emotional wreck. Especially helping her fall alseep, Nicki wasn't able to sleep at night unless she had Safaree there talking to her until she fell asleep. This made him exhausted, but he did anything to help Nicki feel better.
The next morning was good because they both got to sleep in. Nicki didn't have any plans until later in the afternoon when she had a photoshoot set up. But Safaree still woke up early to make Nicki a nice breakfast, hoping she'd wake up feeling happier. As SB was cooking, he heard the doorbell. The doorbell was so loud that it not only scared SB, but woke up Nicki. She creeped down the stairs, hiding behind the wall, waiting for SB to open the door to see who it is. Nicki didn't want it to be anyone she didn't want to see when she first wakes up. So she hid behind the wall, peeking her head through the edge. Safaree walked over to the door and opened it. Drake stood infront of him.
"Hey man." Drake said. You could tell he was nervous by the way he was pacing back and forth and staring around. The last thing Safaree wanted to see was the man who crushed his bestfriend. Nicki stood at the edge of the wall as she watched the conversastion.
"Do you need something Drake?" SB said in a rude tone so Drake could get the point he wasn't allowed there.
"I need...I need Nicki." Drake said while holding back his tears. Safaree felt bad because he knows Drake is truly sorry, but he was still upset because Nicki was still hurt.
"Well, she's sleeping. I don't think she wants you here anyway."
Nicki stared at them, deciding if she should come out, or stay hiding behind the wall. She wasn't ready to see or talk to Drake, but she knows Drake wouldn't leave until he got what he want.
"Safaree, please..I need to talk to her. Atleast see her.." Drake replied. But Safaree cut him off.
"Maybe you should have thought about that before you fooled around with your ex. Nicki has been miserable Drake. She hasn't gone a full day without breaking down crying since the day she found you with Shana. Look Drake, I know Nicki, and I know she isn't going to want to start ANYTHING back up until she has a few words with Shana, and with you you..but for now I think the last thing she wants to deal with is you. It's best if you just leave. I'll tell her you stopped by, whether she decides to get in contact with you is on her." Safaree really stuck into Drake. He could see the guilt all over his face.
"Okay Safaree, I understand. Thank you man, I'm truly sorry." Drake replied while stepping away.
"See you later man." SB said while closing the door.
"Hopefully." Drake replied in a low tone while walking off. SB closed the door as he walked back over to the kitchen to finish breakfast.
"Hi...Safaree." Nicki said while walking into the kitchen, she was already crying.
"Hey Nic, I made you breakfast." SB replied while smiling, hoping it would cheer up Nicki. Nicki ran into SB's arms and cried but gave him the biggest hug she could give.
"I heard it, I love you." Nicki said while laying her face on his chest. He smiled at Nicki while he brought the food to the table.
It was quiet during breakfast, but not awkward because SB could tell Nicki was thinking about something..he knew Nicki was going to say what was on her mind any second.
"SB." Nicki said. He knew it was coming. "Yes Nic?" He replied.
"I think...I think...I'm ready to talk to Drake, and Shana." When Nicki said Shana's name, a sudden tone of anger came into her voice.
"Abouuuut?" SB asked.
"Drake needs to learn that he's gonna be missing me, I'm not just taking him back so easily..if I take him back at all. And Shana...I don't know, I just think she should be there."
SB was suprised how maturely Nicki was handling it. She contunied speaking. "We'll meet up here, tonight, after my photoshoot." She picked up her blackberry as she sent a text to Drake. "I expect you and Shana at my door at 7:30 if you want anything to be resolved." as soon as she set her phone down, her phone lit back up with a text. "Be there. Thank you Nic, thank you." was Drake's response. She set her phone down as she looked up at SB, she could tell something was wrong. "What's the matter SB?" Nicki asked while bringing her emtpy plate to the sink.
"Nic. Are you going to tell Drake about what happened when I first got in my accident?"
Nicki acted confused, even though she knew EXCATLY what he was talking about.
"What are you talking about SB?" she asked while acting confused.
"Nicki, don't play that confused card with me." He said while putting one eyebrow up.
She took a deep breathe. "The kiss. It's all about being honest tonight, so yes, I will tell him."
 She walked into bedroom and her got everything she needed for her photoshoot. She got her hair and makeup done by Day & Terrence and looked FLAWLESS. She had an amazing shoot, like always. Once she got back home, she kept the makeup on and changed into a black long wig. She threw on ripped jeans a white V-Neck and took a shot of patron with SB.
7:30 struck the clock.
*DIINNGGG DOONNGGGGG*
